Shipping

Oak & Awl ships worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated during check out.

 

Items can either be shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on your location.

An expedited service can be arranged for an additional fee. This will speed up the time it takes to build your product, as some larger items are made to the order. If you need your items sooner, please email shop@oakandawl.com.

 

USA: Items are shipped USPS International Priority and possibly subject to import fees.

Oak & Awl is not responsible for any import fees, taxes or customs fee that may be incurred.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are currently shipped via Canada Post. Timescales depend on your location, please note that shipping times stated are for the dispatch of items, not the time it takes to deliver them.

Returns

For items delivered broken or damaged I am happy to replace with a new item, as I would much rather you get what you ordered then simply issue a refund. 
In the occasion where a refund is necessary, the items should be returned unused with original packaging, and upon receipt of the item the original purchase price will be refunded.
Custom orders and personalised items are not eligible for returns.
